Managers Message
We would like to thank our customers for a great start to the season but more for their positive feedback.
This feedback has allowed us to spend a week on all three boats improving the service we provide.
1. We have fitted a new engine to Portus. The old engine was tired and had compression issues so why wait till it goes we took the opportunity to fit a new engine.
2. We have fitted toilet waste tank monitoring systems to all three boats. It became apparent that once the waste tank for the toilets was full it was too late to know. Customers would have a possible delay in using the toilet whilst getting to the next available pump out location.
Now you have a system that tells you the toilet is Empty, Low, Half Full and Full. Subsequently our customers wont be caught short.
3. We have also fitted levers to secure doors when opened on Tawny and Oliver Cromwell. Bought more camping seats and cushions for outdoor use.
All in all we want to achieve excellence as standard and we cant do that without your input and feedback.
